1, Fructose is a type of sugar found in many fruits and vegetables. Natural fructose in foods like grapes, banana, mango, kiwi and honey and artificial sweeteners like sucralose and aspartame. each people have a different type of tolerance to fructose. concentrate source has high fructose rather than natural fructose. it causes digestive problems and increases glucose levels. Athletes having positive effects with metabolism when consuming sugars and fructose that stimulate rapid fluid absorption in the small intestine help for improving exogenous carbohydrate oxidation during exercise, they improve their exercise performance. The exorbitant amount of processed fructose like high fructose corn syrup fructose like soda, sweetened yogurt, canned fruit for intense physical activity, because of carbohydrate stored in muscle and liver as glycogen help as a fuel source during prolonged exercise.
Processed fructose consumption have associated with negative health risks like obesity, triglyceride accumulation and insulin resistance in humans. Moderate fructose consumption less than 50 grams per day can reduce the effect the lipid and glucose levels, decrease appetite, low plasma glucose response. consuming moderate fructose before and during the exercise provide a constant supply of glucose for a workout.
