3, Rheumatoid fever is a complication of scarlet fever. when a child has strep bacterial infection it can trigger an autoimmune response and worsen the symptoms
4, Patient having history of rheumatoid fever at the 8 years. patient CRP level is increased it indicates inflammation. patient having strep thorat infection it resut in inflammation in the heart.
5, Regular monitoring important to avoid strep A infection to other children. It can be avoided with regular hand washing techniques, avoiding close contact with others, covering the nose and mouth while coughing and sneezing.
6, CRP level abnormal may be due to inflammation.
7, When there is infection there will be exudate material present in the pharynx and make nodes and tender in the pharynx it cause cervical adenopathy.
8, When there are infection and inflammation it increases the WBC count, predominating polymorphonuclear leukocytes and less mature cell forms cause leukocytosis
9, Drug of choice include oral administering penicillin 250mg two to three times daily for 10 days.
