Ans) I would Firstly contact Taylor & tell that on one tube no label & on another there is only s written.

- I would not do the test as even if I do, then the result will be varying for the two.

- I would ask for repeat sample as test won't be done for the previous samples.

- Fill in the CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) form & submit it to the Quality department for the root cause analysis.
