Mixed Method Design is the use of the combined form of both qualitative and quantitative research that used to collect analyze, and integrate the research problem. Using both qualitative and quantitative research study helps for an in-depth study of the research problem. It analyzes both the strength and weakness of the study. It has four major types such as sequential explanatory, sequential exploratory, concurrent triangulation, embedded design.

Limitations of Mixed method design:

  • Requires more time.
  • It is complex to plan and implement.
  • It is difficult to proceed with sequential designs.
  • The findings may be unclear to interpretation.
