Ans) The difference between Christian and non christian employees is the faith in them.

- If there is compassionate and you aren't Christian but being Christian takes to a new level.

- By being Christian it seems that Lord is with you & surely will guide you to the success.

- All scripture is breathed out and profitable for teaching, for reproof & directing toward the righteousness as the man with God will be equipped for good work.

- By being Christian, you will implement the Christian values without making violation.

- I believe that by being christian, one has connection to help others.

- Thus, as an administrator by helping others , it will help in moulding it to success.

- This means that hiring best staff for great results & taking care of patient's in right manner.

- So, the important difference to be considered between the Christian and non Christian is the ability to connect to patient's emotionally.
