Paul's words according to Romans 8: 28-29 explains that all things work together for good for those who love God and for those who are called by God helps a professional from healthcare to be positive and see positive outcome in the long run and the sayings bring hope in a person with stress or depression or can be used as a key point for the patient's spiritual or psychological support who may be in depression or feeling of hopelessness. The Christian faith helps an individual to rely on beliefs of Bible for better understanding of the situations happening around them, this also includes the difficulties faced during diseased or life-threatening conditions which are sometimes unpredictable and uncontrollable, relying on the words of all things happens for good brings inner peace for healthcare personnel. It is vital for a person in healthcare to stay optimistic and have empathy dealing with the patient and family members with emotional crisis and Romans 8:28, 29 are the words to remember in such situations.
