Learning from e-commerce subject is that the business can efficiently manage its processes with help of internet. E-commerce is managing the customer sales through company websites that lists the company products and services. E-commerce widens the market to sell and provides an instant way to satisfy consumer demand and needs creating an infrastructure that is suitable for delivery at consumer place or through retail channels based on business strategy of the firm.

Knowledge management is systematically sharing of knowledge with organisation by creating a common source of learning within the organisation that manages collective learning and experience of the organisational resources. Knowledge management helps in organisational learning, sharing of information and encourages innovation through a common platform for interaction and development of ideas.
