Answer #1

Explicit knowledge is the most basic form of knowledge, and it is very much easy to pass on because it is in written form and accessible. Explicit knowledge is the result of processing of data then it's organising, structuring and then it's interpretation. It is easily articulated, recorded and communicated, whereas the implicit knowledge is the practical application of the explicit knowledge. Implicit knowledge are those best practices and skills which are transferable from job to job. If is being gathered from personal experience and context.

The knowledge Network Cycle :-

this whole process starts with the individual point of view, in this the individual travels in the model domain in search of the knowledge in the technology platform, try to understand the knowledge gap and then try to fill that gap by creating new knowledge and condifying the new knowledge into the records. Inlast individual try to make the new knowledge available by feeding it into the technology platform. Hence like this the individual knowledge get transform into organizational knowledge.

Individual Knowledge Individual benefit Future user benefit Knowledge Created New knowledge gained Knowledge reuse potential

Trnsformation of the individual knowledge into the organizational knowledge is the key transformation in the whole response.

Some of the fundamental challenges of the data storage and information sharing is like Running data centre is an expensive operation.

Security of the data is its biggest challenge, it have to being protected by any unauthorized access. It's encryption, reliance on third party have to be kept super secure. Misuse of information sharing and data storage is its biggest problem.

Information sharing and data storage may also get corrupted hence it is also its biggest challenge. Accessibility of the data storage is also a challenge for it.

"Not knowing what you know" is the biggest problem of maximum individuals. Individual have to be aware about themselves and their knowledge. People have to be confident and have prooved documents of their knowledge. Some people just perceive that they don't know anything, people have to be confident and knowledgeable enough to understand the different aspects and things around them. Observations teaches a lot, some people just learn about many new things only by keen observations.
