(1) Organizations can use diversity management as a tool in order to manage the affairs of the organization and diverse culture present. Diversity management refers to the use of new management techniques in order to manage the attitude, behavior of employees coming from different backgrounds and cultures. In short, it refers to the use of managing the presence of diversity and employees coming from different backgrounds and cultures. Managing diversity is important to improve the efficiency of the business operations and handle the behavior, psychology, perceptions and view points of the employees.

With the use of diversity management, it becomes easy to develop the career of its employees as the employees will be managed as per their cultural backgrounds, hence opening the scope of future enhancements in their career. When the employees will be managed keeping in mind their cultural differences, then the employees can focus more towards the development and growth in their career, without facing any difficulty in settling at the workplace.

Diversity management can also help in managing the employees effectively and also measure their performance levels for better fair and true promotions in future. With diversity management comes an ease in performing the tasks on the part of the employees and also improvement in their performance levels, thus more chances of being promoted in the organization.

Also, if the employees are managed as per their diverse backgrounds from the very beginning, this will result into introducing change smoothly into the system without any resistance from the employees.

(2) Diversity training refers to the act of providing training to the employees coming from different areas, holding different values and beliefs as per their cultural differences so as to make them fit for the organization. According to me, diversity training will have a strong positive impact on the career development of the employees and hence their promotion in the organization. If accurate diverse training will be given to the employees then they will be able to learn more things quickly and efficiently without any problems. There will be no language barriers nor any cultural differences in whatever they are learning.

Moreover, if the employees will learn and get training as per their cultural backgrounds, then the chances of increased productivity and performance levels will increase, hence chances of being promoted increases. With better diversity comes high level of career development chances, thus resulting into employees being promoted in their work areas.
