They are the people who were physically and mentally fit, more healthier, wealthier and believed the changes will happen in the world as time goes on.These populations are still active in their job and refusing for a retirement. They have crossed their 65s, due to medical advancement and technologies their lifespan are increased in a considerable manner. This increased the overall population number of baby boomer generation and the need for long term care to take care of them as also increased in a considerable manner. This increasing number of ageing population makes a necessity of more number of staffs to care for them (shortage of healthcare professionals necessitates to recruit staff globally )increased number of aged care homes by government. This finally increases the Medicare coverage by government and substantially causing an increase in the expenses made on them. The diseases are chronic and long term ,certain conditions are very expensive to treat ,need trained and high skilled healthcare professionals, places to care for ,etc., has a risk of financial crisis in the mere future.
