Answer #1

Labor Arbitration refers to the settlement of a dispute between two or more parties without the intervention of the court or without going to the court. Such settlements are down "outside the court". This is a very fast process of settlement of any disputes as the court of law may take more time and would also be expensive.

If any of the parties are "dissatisfied" with the final judgement, they have the freedom to always file a legal case in the court of law.

The future of labor arbitration has its own limitations, but are very effective in resolving smaller issues that my snowball into bigger operation problems. In view of large work force, unorganized work force such settlements are very effective and have greater control of the management on the work force.

The finality of the decision are mostly agreed upon in most of the cases in such situations. If any of the parties have any feeling of "denial of justice", they then are free to file a case with the court of law.
