Job satisfaction – 48% of the employees rated work anywhere, any time from home to be the highest with a score of 10 in the happiness rating scale in the survey. This benefits the employees from working at the comfort of home and at the same time, the organizations ensure that employees are satisfied in their job resulting in an increase in work productivity. The survey-based on the job satisfaction factor predicts that nearly two-thirds of the global workforce would shift to work anywhere, any time

Reduced sick leave – The loss incurred to companies as a result of employee absence accumulates to billions annually but work anywhere, any time has reduced the sick leave absenteeism considerably leading to healthier and happier staff and cost savings in billions annually for organizations

Reduced stress levels and increased productivity – Employees forego the stress of the routine daily commuting, getting stuck in traffic and other disruptions that lead to illness risks like hypertension and other heart-related diseases. Over-working – The major issue with many home workers is overwork. Most of them do not know when to stop working and found the transition of work to personal time hard compared to the physical act of arriving at the office and leaving from the office adhering to working hours set by the organization. On the contrary, Organizations refer flexible working as shrinking from home that home workers watch TV and prone to personal interruptions and disruptions that detract them from working (40% of the respondents reporting disruptions from family, communication break down due to technical problems, pets and routine home works detracting them from work and presenting an unprofessional image to the work). Organizations suggest that a place free from personal and other disturbances would enhance the productivity of the home workers in a considerable manner
