The patient is experiencing a problem with the circulatory system innthe lower limbs.The blockage in the path of the blood vessels over time leads to poor healing of the ulcer.It has to be further evaluated for either an arterial ulcer or venous ulcer. A vascular surgeon who specializes in this can diagnose and treat the patiwnt accordingly.
