As a School health nurse, I assess the body composition of school students using skin calipers. It gives the most accurate readings and measuring of the chest, mid arm, abdomen, and thighs are vital for school students to detect the muscle thickness and fat percentage. It is very cheap, easy to carry and takes only a few seconds to measure. School students also feel comfortable.
