In the United States, public health have to address the following issues in the future:

1). Overuse or too much unnecessary care: Client education is one of the important strategies that can reduce the healthcare overuse and misuse. About 10% of the United States healthcare spending were reported unnecessary. As the people pay more to the insurance policies, they expect more healthcare, which makes the people undergo the medical examination for minor issues.

2). Avoidable harm to patients (i.e. avoiding harms during hospital stay)

3). Reducing the unnecessary expenditure spent in healthcare

4). Perverse incentives in how the payment is done for care
