Pain level increased from 4 to 8 score,it indicate patient have some inflammation it increase their pain level
Blood glucose reduced indicate patient going to hypoglycemic condition..need immediate attention
right arm circumference reduced from 30 to 28 cm ,it indicate patient getting improvement with swelling
itching is a normal issue after application of the splint..skin left damp can itching and skin irritation
If capillary refill greater than 3seconds it indicate there may be signs of infection manifested by hypothermia or hyperthermia and inadequate tissue perfusion..
