Yes. It's true. Evidence-based practice has more impact on nursing professionals in patient care decision making. It helps the nurse to promote better practices in the Clinical setting. It improves the knowledge, skills of the nursing profession which makes to conduct more studies on research. In my workplace, adopting an evidence-based practice improves quality of care and safe delivery of care. Applying evidence-based practice intervention provides comprehensive care to the patients. It enforces on ongoing and continuity of nursing education among the staff. The evidence-based practice promotes collaboration and teamwork in my workplace.
