1.The following care can be given to the patient before breakfast are

  • Assess the patients vital signs to get the basic details and plan for care
  • Assist the patient for ticketing
  • Remove the denture (if removable) and cleanse it for reusing
  • Provide patient whirlpool tub bath
  • Refix the dentures
  • Back massage to improve circulation

2.The patient can be taken around in wheel chair ,to provide comfort and aide in digestion

3.The patient information like

  • Was the patient had a tub bath earlier
  • Was he having any sort of discomfort during the procedure
  • Is he having any pressure ulcer or wound
  • Any complaints of orthodtatic hypertension

4.The following observations to be done

  • Assessing for any bed sore
  • note down the color of the skin
  • The patients skeletomucular system can be assessed to rule out any rigidity,flaccidith.
