Answer #1

During premployement physical visit her weight is 91 pounds (41kg) from107 pounds (48.5kg).It means she has reduced weight in a period of four months due to disordered eating pattern. In accordance to he age she should weigh around 115pounds but she is only 91 pounds, if means she is underweight

Ans:Ana's weight status would be considered underweight

The first statement is wrong because Ana exhibits an eating disordered pattern

The second and third statement mention purging which she doesn't do after eating

Ana seems to have a eating disorder which makes her to have a minimum number of meals or food intake in a day ,trying to avoid weight gain (she stated she will put on weight in thigh) in accordance to her age and height .The case is similar to anorexia nervosa a state where foods are avoided in a fear of gaining weight. This is evident by her excess exercise, refusing to eat foods.

Ans:Ana displays a pattern of disordered eating, which appears to have progressed to anorexia nervosa. The anorexic behaviours Ana displays include refusing to gain weight or eat an adequate number of calories and a body weight less than minimally normal weight for her age/height
