Answer: A nurse assistant should have some of the qualities such as they should have good communication skills, the nurse assistant should have sound knowledge of the treatment. The nurse assistant should have empathy as well as critical thinking skills.

The nurse assistant requires regular monitoring as well as have ability to take care of the patients. The nurse assistant job requires dedication and hard work.

The most challenging work is to provide better services and critical thinking regarding the condition of the patients.

The patient knows that the nurse assistant have sufficient knowledge regarding the treatment of the patients. The use of good communication skills enables the nurse assistant to take better quality of care for the patient.
