Answer: It has been found that African - American population are at higher risk and prone to developing diseases such as cardiovascular disease as well as hypertension. They are also more prone to obesity. Most of the women of this population are obese and hence more prone to other diseases. They have improper lifestyle as well as eating habits which causes these diseases to become more common.

Lack of awareness as well as exercise such as jogging, walking also one of the factor that they are more prone to developing diseases. It can be improved by indulgence of Physical activities. It has been found that a minimum 35 minutes workout can maintain the blood pressure as well as managed weight. Creating awareness among people as well as prevention measures can reduce the risk.
