• Approach them through health centres by various professionals such as doctors, nurses, home care nurse, public health workers, to encourage them for medical visits.
• Provide culturally appropriate interventions to improve their health status and promote healthy behavior.
• Provide equal opportunities in health care services to eliminate barriers and disparities.
• Implement nutrition program to promote healthy foods and to maintain an ideal weight, thereby reducing the risk of developing chronic diseases.
