She also complains of mild lower back pain and pain with urination during the past two weeks. Denies blood in her stool, pain with defecation, heavy periods, intermenstrual bleeding, vaginal discharge, diarrhea or constipation. Her urinalysis was negative for bacteria. Her periods began at age 13. Vital signs stable. Family Hx: mother history of HTN, father had HTN, kidney stones, genital herpes, maternal grandmother had leukemia, breast CA, and endometriosis Lifestyle Hx: eats a low fat diet and tries to watch her weight. 1. I think she had a possibility of getting cancer due to past medical history of leukaemia and breast CA .it based on her lab investigations also.
