P.N. is a 29 year old female who presents to her GYN complaining of severe lower abdominal cramps that responded poorly to over the counter medications. Menses began yesterday, and in the past have lasted for about 72 hours. She reports she had a similar episode of pain just before her last menses, but the pain subsided with the end of her period. She also complains of mild lower back pain and pain with urination during the past two weeks. Denies blood in her stool, pain with defecation, heavy periods, intermenstrual bleeding, vaginal discharge, diarrhea or constipation. Her urinalysis was negative for bacteria. Her periods began at age 13. Vital signs stable. Family Hx: mother history of HTN, father had HTN, kidney stones, genital herpes, maternal grandmother had leukemia, breast CA, and endometriosis Lifestyle Hx: eats a low fat diet and tries to watch her weight. Exercises 30 minutes twice a week Labs: elevated WBCs and erythrocyte sedimentation rate VS: Normal 1. What do you think her diagnosis is and provide your rationale? In less than 3 sentences. 2. 1. I think she had a possibility of getting cancer due to past medical history of leukaemia and breast CA .it based on her lab investigations also.

2.mammogram.
