Answer #1

A personal property can only be sell to someone if the owner wants it otherwise there is no law which can force him to sell his property to a particular person it solely depends on its own will whether that person wants to sell it or not and even if he wants to sell it, to whom it can will also be decided by that peerson nobody can force him for this no matter whether it is just a simple car, house or even a party ticket, thus while looking at this problem as the ticket is a personal property of Jackson and thus he can decide to whom he can sell and to whom he doesn't want to sell thus white cannot sue Jackson for his act of deciding whether he is willing to sell his ticket to him or not because no one can decide about anyone personal willingness to sell his personal property.
