Answer #1

Here are the four ways to evaluate the performance quality of our nursing care while dealing with client under supervision and providing hygiene care;

  • Every time make sure to check that the client had completed properly the activity related to their personal hygiene such as brushing their oral parts, cleaning their nails, hair washing and combing it and so on.
  • Provide a proper environment by means of floors without dust, germless cart with linen, and pure ventilation features.
  • Try to restrict the visitors and other persons to minimize the risk of getting contaminated and limit the visitor with some space and don't allow to have a direct touching relationship with them.
  • Always follow the aseptic nursing practice properly and strictly without loosing any of the steps while giving any kind of care to them.
