2.1 Self-evaluation is one of the effective method used to identify personal performance. Make a periodical analysis of the way you work and the progress you tend to make. Find whether you are able to make effective progress by completing the targeted goals within deadlines. Also make an effort to find opportunities used by you to increase the self-confidence and efficacy to plan about new learning experiences. After identifying the positive and negative within you, try to resolve those issues.Then set a target and try to achieve it within a certain period of time.

2.2  A method used to identify personal performance in the workplace is having a conversation with seniors or managers about your performance.Their feedback will be very essential for self improvement.Feedback are an essential part of evaluating performances.The managers and seniors has been watching your growth for long periods.Always be open to feedback and also encourage it.
