As a professional one should have the attributes such as accountability,responsibility,time managing skills,ethics,autonomy & leadership skill.These are the basic essential attributes one should have while managing appointments.

This is the area where chances of dispute is more and making patient satisfaction is tough here.So while handling appointments one should consider these attributes.

Should prepare a complete list of clients without missing anyone.If missed we are responsible and answerable to the client.

Provide clients a slot or token number to manage the crowd effectively to avoid disputes.Take a role of leader here to manage the crowd.

From the list based on the order call the clients and check the appointments.It is the duty to do for effective management.

Address the clients with their full name to avoid confusions among the clients with similar names.If you are calling the second client instead of first one who got appointment.It makes dissatisfaction to the first client due to your fault.
