It is illegal in the United States to pay for a transplant organ, and doctors cannot perform a transplant operation unless the patient is at the top of the official list. However, some wealthy people in need of a kidney transplant go overseas to other countries where the laws do not address the issue. Suppose a wealthy person finds a poor person willing to sell his or her kidney and then purchases the kidney. What do you think of this? If the poor person is willing, is there any harm in it? Why does the United States prohibit the sale of organs when other countries do not?

The human life is the most precious form on earth.It functions with the help of various organs.Technology and advancement made in medicine has brought a lamp in critically ill patients especially in organ failure patients.Organ donation is a holy thing whereas organ sale is considered illegal.This becomes a form of business and makes people think about the importance and need of money rather than their organ.

A poor person never willingly or wholeheartedly offers his organ ,the only reason is their financial crisis forced them to sell their organ.This type of donation can cause both physical and emotional trauma life long.

The main reason for the US to prohibit the sale of organ is to make people accept that their organs are more valuable than money by selling that organ.
