Answer: The healthcare professions such as nursing is one of the most demanding jobs all over the world. The nurse not only provide care to the patients but also they plays many different roles in the healthcare settings as well as outside it. The nursing is a life long learning process where the nurses use to learn things from their experiences, attending conferences etc. These things enhances the knowledge of the nurse. The nurse should have leadership qualities as well as good communication skills. The nursing profession requires critical thinking skills because most of the time nurses have to take sudden decision and action in favour of the patients. The nursing job is completely full of responsibilities and hence nurse have to be very careful regarding each and every action they do or take.

So, it is a challenging profession with full of every responsibilities where nurses implement evidence based practice to enhance the quality of care provided to the patients.
