7:1 pharmacodynamic indicates mechanism of action.the action of paracetamol is to reduce pain (analgesic) and decreases fever(anti pyretic).it is a derivative of p-aminophenol which helps for this action.these analgesic effect occur in paracetamol through the main inhibition of synthesis of prosyaglandin

7:2   pharmacokinetics is the effect of drug with in the body after its administration.while taking paracetamol orally it get absorped fastly into the gastro intestinal tract.severe hepatic necrosis can occur if it takes in overdose.

7:3 pharmaco tberapeutic indicates the purpose and indication of a drug in clinical environment.its spectrum of action can compare to NSAID medicines.me hanism of this drug looks like the mechanism of COX-2selective inhibitors.

7:4 Toxicology is the study of presence of poisonous substance in the living organism.it is related to pharmacolgy and medicine as well as biology and chemistry.when takes over dose of paracetamol causes its toxicity.it can cause liver and kidney failure, inflammation of pancreas etc.charcol is the anti dote if pacetamol overdose occurs.

7:5 adverse reaction means negative effects of a drug.adverse effect of paracetamol cause Gastro intestinal irritations, thrombocytopenia, etc,.

7:6 anaphylacti reactions includes negative allergic effects.paracetamol does not create much problems.rare casea are reported in a study conducted on this topic.sometimes in occurs in a few people due to the ingestion of this drug.

7:7 contraindication means in which conditions drug annot be given as it cauuses severe complications.paracetamol can not administer in patient with acute liver failure, hepattittis, kidney failure, shock etc.

7;:8 precautions means saftey measures to be taken before taking any medications.health worker should check patient is fit for to administer acteaminophen.check the contraindication and history of allergic reaction of this drug before administration inorder to reduce the complications.

7:9 side effects means the problems which can occur while taking medicine. Actaminophen side effects are nausea, vomitting, anorexia, dark colour urine, clay appearence of stool.
