Health care administrator has the leading role in controlling or managing complete hospital affairs.They too follow ethics in their practice.Respect,autonomy,justice,beneficence and non-maleficence are the common ethical principles.These are related to the profession in the following aspects.

They are the important role in developing patient satisfaction.Hence they develop hospital policies to stand for patient respect.For example if the client is in the end stage of life ,no improvement in health condition and also the family lacks financial support also the patient himself ask for mercy killing due to intolerant pain experienced.Here the hospital team first give respect and listen to client need.Accepting the client need shows respect to the clients.Here autonomy in taking decisions is given to clients.For example:If the nurse carelessly gave wrong medication to the client and cause serious effect to him,There the administrator must act as client advocate to promote justice.He must voice against the nurse thus he stands for justice.Doing good and not doing harm is the important principle to follow.The administrator must overlook all the issues and takes necessary steps to protect all these ethics in practice.

HIPPA enables Privacy,confidentiality and protection to client health records.It provides health insurance benefits to all.As the administrator being incharge of all departments he can develop new plans to protect all these patient rights.He must inspect the financial and the record keeping department thus he relates to HIPPA and protect patient rights.
