7, SSRIs: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors increase the level of serotonin in the brain. It is a chemical messenger carry signals to brain cells.
SNRIs: Serotonin noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor by blocking the reabsorption of serotonin and norepinephrine
TCAs: Tricyclic antidepressant increases the level of norepinephrine and serotonin, it blocks the action of acetylcholine, another neurotransmitter.
8, Ranolazine is an antianginal medication used to treat angina pectoris by reducing the flow of sodium ions into heart muscle cells and reduce the calcium flow into the cells and help to relax the heart and improve blood flow.
9, Recommendation for heart failure:
-Administer diuretics and vasodilator drugs as per doctor instruction.
-digoxin can reduce heart failure symptoms.
-ACE inhibitors to reduce the symptoms and prolong the lives of people.
-Angiotensin II receptors blockers(ARBIs) prevent angiotensin II at the tissue level.
- Nitroglycerin to treat acute chest pain
-Beta blockers helps to lower the blood pressure and heart rate and reduce the workload of the heart.
-Inotropes increase the pumping ability of the heart.

-Angioplasty, pacemaker implantable, cardioverter defibrillator, cardiac Resynchronization therapy, temporary cardiac support is recommended for stage D and E heart failure.

This medication lowers cholesterol. The liver function test recommended to monitor the medications, it prevents heart failure. once cholesterol level goes down we can stop the medication and follow dietary changes.
