Does the presence of an expert and the costs tend to make the price of justice available more for the wealthy?
Justice is seeked by an individual who is in loss or who has met a forgery. The law always stands to the side of justice at the end.But in today's world it is not the scenario ,a defendant if has an expert professional along with a high financial stability can escape any mistake. For instance if there is a case between a rich and poor for an road traffic accident .The victim who is poor most of the time doesn't get to prove the case because experts are available at a high cost, they have to be paid accordingly which is not affordable to a poor and the wealthier finds the loop holes to escape the punishment with the help of money and makes the justice more favourable for them.
This can be prevented only when these professionals do not accept bribe and stand towards the side of justice to help all.
