1.A.high level of blood enzyme is present when cellular disease occurs.

2.B..because myoglobin level increase after 2 to 3 hours of admission if the patient have chest pain.creatinine kinase and ck-MB also can be done with this test so that doctors can make proper diagnosis.In 1 hour duration when we do myoglobin,it can be wrong results.so this should be repeat after 3 hours.
