ANS) The starting of the wellness are from very older or ancient days.The concept of wellness was hardly rooted in lots of mental , religious and medical actions. The principle beliefs of wellness may be really discovered to the older cultures of the the Greece , Asia or the Rome in which, whose ancient customs have ineradicably affected the newer wellness movements.

Nutrition and physical actions - Many of the studies has proved that the physical exercise of the body can really avoid many kind of disorders and may be some times cancer and the diseases like diabetes.The physical activities can also improve the mood of a person and also can release us from many kind of depressions.And likewise it is very important to have good nutritional foods and which will helps to burn the vacant calories in the chocolates and sweets.

Abnormal weight of the body and also the obesity- This both conditions can develop the possibilities of dying from the diseases like hypertension.

Tobacco - The tobacco is one of largest issue in the case of wellness.

The abuse of different materials like the drugs and alcohol.The own medication utilization lawful and unlawful drugs and alcohol can really leads to the major health problems.

Environmental standard- The different kind of pollutions will affect us very badly.Many of the government researches has said that decreased wage, racial and ethnic minor communities are facing major risks due to the pollution.

The immunization was one of the very historical issue that has faced by our ancestors.And pneumonia was one of the major problem faced by our ancestors because it remains one of the most serious infections.

The healthcare availability was also a major historical issue of wellness.
