Healthcare sector is a wider area where there are advancements in the technologies.Self service technology is one of it which though has a lot of benefits and acceptance but downside is still prevalent in some aspects like,

• Cannot be used in remote area where there is no internet facilities or any mode of communications
• Patients who are children,elderly population with certain impairment can not use this technology effectively
• The security and privacy forms a great concern
• When self services are used the chance of increasing the error rate also increases
• Lack of training and experience to use it by the staff after implementation
• Thrtd will be lack of physical exposure where everything gets into machine,the human touch ,care is missed here
• The installation of the technology can be very expensive
• In case of any technical issues the resolving method can be complicated and difficult to bite the concerned technician at the right time.
