She use to creates gossips and spreads gossips about co employees to medical, technical and other departments.
When an emergency work is assigned to her, she use to absent from work place with invalid reasons and escapes from hard works.
She make an habit of arguing with fellow workers and with supervisor. Shows anger and careless towards patients.
