National patient safety goals to enhance patient safety.Main aim of this programme is to give more focus on problems in health care environment and provide safety on such situation and prevent such issues.

Main goals are

Actual identification of client:call petient by her name ,ask date of birth and confirm hoospital identification number .This can ensure the safety of patient by preventing medication and blood transfusion errors.

Enhance clear communication between staff:handing over about patient condition and test results should be appropriate for further tretment.

Tackle infection by using infection control measures and barriers of nursing

Find out the patient who are at risk mainly suicidal tendancy patient.

Some of these can improve tbe quality of care and prevent medical negligence and errors and get sucess in saftey of patient.
