The suicidal attempt of the boy in the Juvenile center shows that he is suffering from Major Depressive Disorder. The history of depressed mood and childhood characteristic symptoms confirms this. At the age of 13, the overdose of Aspirin indicates that he is substance dependence and should be diagnosed with Substance abuse disorder. From the age of 13, the abnormal antisocial behavior with the parents, and in the school determines the diagnosis of Adolescent onset of conduct and behavioral disorder. The symptoms of decreased appetite, difficulty in sleeping, suicidal thoughts, decreased interest indicates psychotic disorders.

Psychotherapy is to analyze the personal problems and to treat the depression and related psychotic disorders. Cognitive-behavioral therapy to identify the negative beliefs and to change with a positive attitude. interpersonal therapy to change the personal attitude. Counseling and family therapy to improve social interaction and family attachment.

Antisocial personality disorder is the unusual behavior of the person that increases aggressive behavior and violence. Dependent personality disorder is the lack of self-confidence and needs supervision to protect him. Avoidant personality disorder is an anxiety disorder that increases depression and negative feelings.
