●Every patients are unique when it comes to their culture. The healthcare professionals working should have a basic knowledge of it because their thinking, practices, believes on health and illness may vary.Certain treatment like blood transfusion, vaccinations are not allowed in certain culture and if done can be a legal problem. These types of problems can be handled effectively only when the professionals are aware of wide culture existing around the healthcare sector. An immigrant will always have a difference and will have difficulties in getting adjusted to the new environment

It is impossible for all to know everything. A multidisciplinary teams can collaborate with other professionals and treat a patient to improve soon and interpreters making communication between patient and health professionals easier and provide a quality care

The refugees and immigrants have shifted in search of a shelter and protection by others. They are low in socio economic status so high charges on health care services may be difficult leading to mortality and morbidity . Hence they have to be provided grants, insurance to ensure a proper medical services.
