One can gain many personal experiences from the workplace. Not all things can be remembered but certain things which helps to learn,mould,motivate rather than detoriating.One such experience can be commitment .This quality is essential for any successful completion of a task when a person does a work with no expectation to gain knowledge and experience from the assigned task and trying to complete it a mechanical way and hurting others can be unprofessional. This can be overcome or handled differently by dedicating oneself to the assigned task and complete it with full heartedness so that it can be beneficial to self and others in future.
