when I was caring an elderly people in the ward it really needs better understanding and special knowledge to fulfill their needs, because when we lack knowledge and poor understanding it can cause harm and negative effects and outcomes. we will be flexible for them to show respect and provide care. adequate time is needed when we care for them. Good relationships and colloboration can provide holistic care. It can fulfill their mental and physical needs. it prevents misunderstanding, improves communication and provides quality care. it promotes home care or facility care regard to providing services, quality care, and accessibility when we approach when with patient-centered care.
