Answer #1

This paragraph differentiates how a healthcare professional handles a psychiatric patient and physically ill patient. The psychiatric patient always has a fear on seeing others and as a way of self protection they may express anger, violence .The healthcare professionals at this stage should realize the patient symptoms and give them a positive energy and induce their self belief and confidence to calm down. They should not treat them harshly either verbally or physically, doing so will further aggrevate their symptoms. The paragraph also clearly describes the humanism onnthe world by providing an example when people hit a bigger bump in road ,fello being come for help to put them back on track.Similarly the medical professionals are also helping a patient who has lost their basic function yo return to normal.
