# Strong characteristics of the LVN are :-

- provide good patient care

- has a lot of experience

- responsible

# Weak characteristics of the LVN are :-

- has an attitude that she knows everything

- considers self as senior

- don't want to follow her RN

2. The major issue that needs to be addressed at this time is about the behaviour of the newly hired LVN . She does want to follow her RN as she considers the RN as a recently passed graduate and she herself has many years of experience so she does not want to follow the RN .

# As a RN , I would have a talk with the newly hired LVN and will ask her does she have any issues regarding the practice to sort the mismanagement .
