Answer #1

Answer: In the heathcare professions it is common to face these kind of people who sometimes manipulate, lie etc. Although when the healthcare professionals knows that the person is lying, they didn't much emphasize on the lying sentences. Because this may create a matter of conflict.

The most important thing for the healthcare professionals is to provide quality of care to the patients and treat them so that they can easily recover. These behaviours are sometimes intolerable.

One should have positive attitudes towards these kind of aggressive behaviour of the patients and should be able to understand that the patient suffering from disease is not only suffering physically but also suffering from mental trauma.

Sometimes Excessive poor behaviour can interfere in the treatment or the ability to take care of the patients because healthcare professionals are also human beings and they work hard to provide better services to the patients. But when circimcircums becomes intolerable then one should politely address to the situation.
