I would definitely say I have had a close friend in my life who was very manipulative. She would want me to only spend time with her, and none of my other friends. Not only this, but she always made me feel bad for hanging out with my other friends or family. I would always have to reiterate to her that I do have other friends besides her. The behavior does not make me feel good at all. I do have a big heart, so I realized maybe there is something else going on. But, it turns out she just wanted to use me whenever she needed something, When the tables were turned, she could not provide that same energy in return. We ended up not being friends because I could not take the lies, and manipulation. I do not feel that my level of tolerance would interfere with my ability to care for a client who experiences these behaviors I also do work on the eating disorder unit at Sanford. It has been one of the best experiences working in mental health, I have learned how to tak with patients who are having an anxiety or panic attack. I have also learned that sometimes, my patients can be very manipulative when it comes to staff, and start to staff split. Patients are only allowed to have certain things on the unit, which they know. However they will do anything and say anything to get their way. I think in situations like this you have to know what to say and how to react depending on the situation

In the world full of fake people it is very unlikely to encounter people who are not manipulative. In todays world if you find a person who is very good to you and understands you then you have to think twice about that persons behaviour because he or she might be manipulating you.

It is very likely to find manipulative people around us in every possible form. People who are close to you like your friends or family members or your husband or even your own kids might try to manipulate you for one or the other reasons. It is very easy to manipulate people in order to get what we need for ourselves. People observe you and your behaviour for a longer period of time and identify your weaknesses and try to implement and twist you accordingly. Such people will succeed only after you get influenced by them and work according to their wish. People will use your weaknesses against you and make you work against your will with ease.

We think that we are over to these people and can identify them very easily. We also think that we will not be manipulated by them and that we can handle them easily. But we are mistaken by our thoughts because we cannot pass them and their thinking. They have very high level of thinking and that we would not even identify when they have manipulated us. It is very likely for our near ones to manipulate us as we are the ones who are very close to them and they don't want us to leave them and be friendly to others, they want us to depend entirely on them and hence they try to manipulate us and worst they succeed to make us a loner. It is also same with the patient's who are under the care of the nurses. Patient wants to take various advantages from the people who are attending them. They want to make their attenders on their side and only focus on them and hence try to make conflict among the two staffs. But it is our responsibility to understand the situation and try to figure out the position in which both the staffs are present on. We should try to communicate and solve the problem among ourselves. We should not keep the things inside ourselves and let it ruin our relationships. We should have faith and trust on our friends and family members and should not be against them no matter what others will say to us about them.
