It's truly stated that self care does not means only the physical outer look but it includes both the inner and outer means physical and mental care . Human beings are told to be fit when they are both physically and mentally fit and for that care has to be provided . Physical care we do with healthy lifestyle regimens like healthy food , exercises , makeover etc . Mental care is a bit complicated because no one is same in this world . Everyone is different and has different ways of dealing ,sorting , persuing etc . To make your self mentally fit you need to give time to yourself ,you need to relax with leaving the mind empty , engaging in activities which help to relax you . For example - I am a dark colour girl , until and unless along with the physical makeover, I should make myself strong enough to deal with other people's compliments ,comments etc then only I would be called physically and mentally fit .
