WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON MY CLASSMATES DISCUSSION ANSWER THAT IVE POSTED BELOW?

   I would change the health with my family. I believe that they can certainly eat better and exercise more to live a better life. First I would ask them if they feel the best they can be. Then I would use myself as an example of what they could be. I went through a huge health change and got myself on the right path which made me much more healthier and happier. I was able to lose almost a hundred pounds just be eating right and exercising, many of family members thought it would not be able to do it but I was able to prove them wrong. I would then give them examples of ways to start by just cutting out no natural sugar and telling them to start going on walks outside. Once they feel comfortable with that then they can next few steps to eat better and exercise more, like signing them for gym membership,getting a coach to train them how to workout and to help motivate them more. We would celebrate the small victories like being able to tighten their belt by one whole, occasionally treating the to a sweet treat. Then with the confidence they have earned from all their hard it will motivate them to continue and to look forward to a better version of themselves. I would look up many exercise routines and differ t healthy recipes to switch up their routine so they wouldn't get bored of the same thing.

Hiedi is very right in wanting her family to follow a balanced diet for a healthy life. She herself is a prime example that everyone can eat better and exercise better to achieve a better and happy life. Far too many of us nowadays lead a very sedentary lifestyle and eat mostly junk food. As a result, we are facing serious physical and psychological problems. The only way to prevent this is by a healthy diet and adequate exercise. People who embrace healthy eating and exercise habits are often much happier and discipline in life. Hiedi is therefore, spot on in motivating her family towards a healthier lifestyle.
