Below I will attach my paper. I just need help explaning why the questions (indidivdually answer) I chose owuld be hard/challenging for healthcare employees to answer. As well as if there were multiple steps instead of just one person being able to answer the question being asked. I already selected the questions. I did the first question and explanation and if you wanted to add to it you could also. My paper is below:

As I reviewed the Baldrige Criteria in the Baldrige Excellence Framework document, I chose one question from each of the six categories that I believe would take more than one person to fully answer and would be challenging to answer. You will see in the subheadings the six categories, including the question and my explanation to each.

Leadership:  

Question:

How do senior leaders deploy the vision and values through your leadership system; to the workforce; to key suppliers and partners; and to patients, other customers, and other stakeholders, as appropriate?

Explanation:

I believe that this would be the most challenging to answer, because it takes more than one person to properly tell you the different levels of implications to providing the vision and values throughout the entire organization. One persons view on this may come from their level of seniority so this would make them all talk and work in unison to full answer this to its best potential.

Question: How do you decide which key processes will be accomplished by your workforce and which by external suppliers and partners?

Every company or business concern will have a mission about how to be successful and how to be remembered , how to reach maximum clients .The activities of the organisation and their accomplishment in a short statement called mission statement .

When you yourself want to  decide which key processes will be accomplished by your workforce and which by external suppliers and partners process management technique should be used . Process management is organising set of activities to plan and evaluate the work system design. Work system design determines which key processes will be accomplished by your workforce and which by external suppliers and partners.

Question: How do you obtain information on your patients’ and other customers’ satisfaction with your organization relative to other organizations?

Conducts surveys , perform focus meetings ,new patient visits, rate of repetitive visits and use of organisation  provide information on your patients’ and other customers’ satisfaction with your organization relative to other organizations.

Question: How do you improve your work processes to improve health care services and performance, enhance your core competencies, and reduce variability?

Using performance management evaluate the organisation's work process and the standard of healthcare delivered. Quality assurance and management will improve health care services and performance, enhance your core competencies. For reducing the variability , high quality care should be provided with effective communication , monitor and identify any issues and resolve it .

Question: How do you control the overall costs of your operations?

Embrace technologies, use outsourcing , pay attention to inefficiencies of employees and resolve it, detain any unused services, use bidding system or work with same vendors regularly.

Question: What are your process effectiveness and efficiency results

Customer satisfaction and increase in productivity are the results of process effectiveness and efficiency.
