I JUST NEED TO ANSWER MY IMPORTANT QUESTION PLEASE

Assuming you guys are software engineers working for Apple (the Iphone company, not an Apple farm).

To prepare for the manufacturing of the Iphone 12, targeting for release in November 2020, the company needs to develop an application that helps tracking nature disastrous events around the world that can impact or affect any of the company’s manufacturing sites around the world. For example, one of Apple manufacture sites is Foxconn in China. The application should be able to display hurricane, its direction, and alert Apple if the hurricane is within 1000 radius so that the company can plan for other alternatives to not
halting or slow-down the production of the Iphone 12.
The application must show all nature disaster events around the world. The application must alert Apple if any disaster event is within 1000 miles radius of any manufacturing site.

Answer #1

Product accomplishment

First we need to figure out all the natural disasters to have a bigger picture. Majorly Tsunamis, earthquakes, hurricanes etc. are some of the natural disasters.

Let's take an example of Tsunami. Waves monitoring systems/sensors can be installed in oceans. These should get triggered in case if alarming heights of waves are hit. This in turn should trigger the alarms in the application with information like height of waves, velocity, magnitude etc. This will help to understand the gravity of situation & take effective precautions for the same. Similarly mobile application can be built which get triggered due to earthquakes. The tracking of Richter scale values will be needed for the same.

Human resources

We can have teams product owner, architect, software engineers, testers to bring the application into reality. Product owner will bring in requirements. Architect will see the feasibility. Engineers will write the code for product. Testers tests the application.

Mitigating risks

The product development should take place using one of the 2 models.

1 Agile 2 Waterfall model

The risks can be minimised using the models. Effective management & proper timelines of development should be adhered.

Artifacts for product progress

In agile we can use burn down charts to tracks the progress of products. Also different type of graphical representation can be used to plot the three major variables scope, time, budget to get effective ideas about the timely implementation of the product
